The red wooden house standing near the Kuuhankavesi shore, right next to Hankasalmi railway station, has witnessed many stories. Built in 1946, this former workers’ hall has found a new life as Aseman Kirppari & Putiikki (Station Flea Market & Boutique). When you step inside, you are greeted by the warm scent of coffee and lively conversation.

We are more than just a place to shop—we are the community’s living room, a small pause in the everyday hustle where you can stop, chat, find treasures, and be found.

The Flea Market (Kirppari) & Boutique (Putiikki)

Our atmospheric flea market features 48 rentable tables filled with great finds. Come and join the recycling spirit: turn your unnecessary items into cash by renting a table, or hunt for clothes, interior goods, books, and toys that are looking for a new home.

In our Putiikki, you will find a curated selection of stylish new items, including Ib Laursen lanterns, FanniK products, and Maku series tableware.

We also proudly feature local delicacies and handicrafts such as soap, jewellery, handmade socks, local honey, and fresh coffee from a nearby small roastery.

The Café & Gluten-Free Delights

The café is the perfect spot for a break, crowning your shopping trip with an enjoyable moment.

  • Homemade Treats: We are famous for our delicious, highly praised homemade cinnamon rolls (korvapuusti), alongside other sweet pastries like berry pies and muffins.
